This initiative runs in conjunction with the Timsbury Athletic Lionesses, our thriving girls’ section, and is perfect for women who want to keep fit, learn the game and make new friends — whether you’re a complete beginner or returning to football after years away.

Who is the Team for?
This group is for all women aged 16+ who want to enjoy football in a relaxed, social setting — no pressure, just fun.
It’s perfect if:
You’ve never played football before and fancy giving it a go.
You’ve played in the past and want to get back into the game.
You’d like a fun way to stay active while making new friends locally.
You’re a parent watching your kids play and thinking, “I’d love to try that myself!”
